Print-on-Demand Designing Services (Paid)

Order Facilitation & Coordination Services (Free of Charge)

Shopping360 is strictly a service provider and coordination platform.

We are NOT:

A manufacturer

A seller or reseller

A shipping or logistics provider

A supplier of physical goods

All physical products are produced, fulfilled, and shipped by third-party suppliers.

3. Independent Business Relationship

Shopping360 operates as an independent service provider.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between:

Independent Sales Representatives

Customers

Suppliers

4. Third-Party Suppliers

We work with independent suppliers including:

Printify (www.printify.com)

Printdoors (www.printdoors.com)

Lulu (www.lulu.com)

These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for:

Manufacturing

Quality control

Shipping and delivery

Shopping360 is not responsible for supplier performance, delays, or defects.

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

You are using our services for lawful business purposes (B2B use)

6. Order Process & Responsibility

All orders must include accurate details such as:

Product selection

Size, quantity, and specifications

Shipping and billing information

Customers and Independent Sales Representatives are fully responsible for all submitted order information.

Once an order is submitted and processed, modifications may not be possible.

7. Payment Structure

Shopping360 uses a two-step payment system:

Step 1 – Designing Service Fee (Shopping360)

Payment Method: Airwallex ACH Transfer ONLY

Charged per unit (as agreed per order)

Tax invoice issued after payment confirmation

Step 2 – Production Cost (Supplier)

Payment Method: PayPal ONLY

Paid directly to supplier

Shopping360 does not collect or process supplier payments.

8. Payment Conditions

100% advance payment is required

Both payments must be completed for order confirmation

Partial payments are not accepted

Orders are processed only after payment verification

Payment links are:

Order-specific

Time-limited

Non-transferable

9. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after:

Receipt of both payments

Verification of payment proof

Validation of order details

Production begins only after confirmation.

10. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices may change based on supplier updates

Errors may be corrected before order processing

Final pricing is confirmed at the time of verification

11. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and processing begins:

Orders cannot be cancelled

All products are custom-made and non-reversible

12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by third-party suppliers

Delivery timelines are estimates only

Delays may occur due to logistics, customs, or external factors

Customers are responsible for:

Taxes

Import duties

Local charges

Shopping360 is not responsible for delivery delays or courier issues.

13. Returns & Replacements

Replacements are considered only in cases of:

Major manufacturing defects

Shipping damage

Conditions:

Must be reported within 5 days of delivery

Must include photographic proof

All decisions are made in coordination with suppliers.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, graphics, and creative assets owned by Shopping360 are protected intellectual property.

This includes:

2100+ all-over-print designs

4800+ ultra HD graphic designs

Exclusive digital artwork collections

All content is original and exclusive to Shopping360.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

15. Customer Content Responsibility

Customers confirm that any submitted artwork:

Is legally owned or licensed

Does not violate copyright or trademark laws

Shopping360 is not responsible for legal issues arising from customer-submitted content.

16. Limitation of Liability

Shopping360 provides only design and coordination services.

We are not liable for:

Manufacturing defects

Shipping delays or losses

Supplier actions or failures

Indirect or business losses

Our total liability is limited strictly to the service fees paid to Shopping360.

17. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Product availability

Delivery timelines

Business profits or outcomes

Supplier performance

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Supplier disruptions

Logistics failures

Technical issues

19. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service

Cancel orders

Block access

in cases of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.

20. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks after order processing may result in:

Order cancellation

Service suspension

Legal action where applicable

21. Data Protection

We use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to improve performance.

We do not sell or misuse customer data.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
