Step 1 – Product Development
Shopping360 develops exclusive ready-to-use Print-on-Demand products using original artwork, graphics, patterns, and creative assets.
Our products are prepared for production and displayed within our online catalog for review by Sales Representatives and retailers.
Step 2 – Product Promotion
Sales Representatives introduce products to retailers within their assigned markets and territories.
Retailers may review product information, request samples, and evaluate products before placing larger orders.
Sample ordering is available for many products.
Step 3 – Order Collection
Once a retailer decides to place an order, the Sales Representative collects:
• Product Selection
• Quantity Requirements
• Shipping Information
• Retailer Contact Information
• Special Instructions (if applicable)
The order is then submitted through the Shopping360 order system.
Step 4 – Payment Process
Order processing requires completion of all applicable payments before production can begin.
Shopping360 Payment
The Sales Representative pays Shopping360 for Product Design Services according to the pricing structure displayed on the Pricing page.
Supplier Payment
The Sales Representative pays the supplier directly for applicable production costs, shipping charges, taxes, and other supplier-related fees using approved supplier payment methods.
Shopping360 does not manufacture products and does not process supplier production payments.
Step 5 – Payment Verification & Order Coordination
Before processing begins, Shopping360 verifies the required payment information and submitted order details.
Sales Representatives may be required to provide payment confirmation or supporting documentation for verification purposes.
After verification, Shopping360 coordinates order submission and processing.
Step 6 – Production
Once all requirements have been satisfied, production begins through the selected supplier.
Production timelines may vary depending on:
• Product Type
• Order Quantity
• Supplier Capacity
• Seasonal Demand
• Production Location
Estimated production times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Step 7 – Shipping & Delivery
After production is completed, the supplier packages and ships the products directly to the designated delivery address.
Shipping services, tracking information, and delivery operations are managed by the supplier.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs requirements (if applicable), weather conditions, and other factors beyond Shopping360's control.
