All payments made to Shopping360 for designing and facilitation services are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances once:
Design work has started, or
Service processing has begun
4. Supplier-Based Fulfillment Policy
Product manufacturing, shipping, and return handling are governed by third-party suppliers:

Shopping360 does not control supplier refund or return decisions.
5. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement requests may only be considered in the following cases:
Major manufacturing defects
Printing errors or production faults
Damage during shipping (verified with proof)

6. Reporting Timeframe
All issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Payment to supplier is completed
Production has started
All payments are strictly non-refundable after processing begins.
12. Customer Responsibility
