This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for services offered by Shopping360 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By placing an order, you agree to follow this Payment Policy in full.

2. Payment Structure Overview

Shopping360 follows a two-step independent payment system:

Step 1 – Designing Service Payment (Shopping360)

Paid to Shopping360 for product designing and coordination services.

Step 2 – Production Payment (Supplier)

Paid directly to third-party suppliers for manufacturing and fulfillment.

⚠️ These payments are completely separate and must be completed independently.

3. Payment to Shopping360 (Designing Services)

3.1 Service Fee

Standard Rate: USD $10 per unit (subject to change based on order volume or discounts)

3.2 Payment Method

Airwallex ACH Transfer ONLY

No other payment methods are accepted for Shopping360 service fees.

3.3 Invoice

A tax invoice is issued after successful payment confirmation

This invoice covers designing and facilitation services only

3.4 Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after successful confirmation of payment.

4. Supplier Payment Activation

Supplier payment details (PayPal link) will be shared only after confirmation of Shopping360 payment.

5. Payment to Supplier (Production Cost)

5.1 Payment Method

PayPal ONLY

5.2 Direct Payment

Customers or Independent Sales Representatives pay suppliers directly.

Shopping360 does NOT:

collect supplier payments

process supplier transactions

hold any production funds

5.3 Supported Supplier Platforms

Payments may be made to:

Printify (www.printify.com)

Printdoors (www.printdoors.com)

Lulu (www.lulu.com)

Each supplier operates independently under its own payment and service policies.

5.4 Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Shopping360 is not responsible for:

Supplier pricing changes

Payment gateway errors on PayPal

Transaction disputes with suppliers

Production or fulfillment issues

6. Payment Proof Requirement

To proceed with order processing, customers must submit:

PayPal payment receipt OR

PayPal payment screenshot

This step is mandatory for verification.

7. Supplier Payment Confirmation

After verification, Shopping360 issues a:

This document is used for internal order processing reference only.

8. Payment Conditions

100% advance payment is required

Both payments (Shopping360 + Supplier) must be completed in full

Partial payments are not accepted

Orders are not processed until all payments are verified

Failure to complete payments within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation.

9. Pricing, Taxes & Charges

All prices are in USD only

Taxes, import duties, and government charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer or Independent Sales Representative

Shipping charges are calculated separately by suppliers

10. Discounts Policy

Designing service discounts may apply based on order quantity:

1 Unit – 0%

10 Units – 10%

20 Units – 15%

40 Units – 20%

80 Units – 25%

80+ Units – 30%

Discounts apply only to Shopping360 designing service fees.

11. Payment Accuracy

Customers and representatives must ensure:

Correct payment amount

Accurate transaction details

Proper order reference

Incorrect payments may cause processing delays.

12. Failed or Invalid Payments

Shopping360 reserves the right to:

Reject invalid or incomplete payments

Suspend order processing

Cancel orders if payment requirements are not met

Payments made through unauthorized methods will not be accepted.

13. Refund Policy

Payments made to Shopping360 are non-refundable

Supplier payments are subject to supplier refund policies

Once payment is completed, it cannot be reversed except as required by law.

14. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are advised to contact us before initiating any dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks after order processing may result in:

Order cancellation

Service suspension

Further legal or recovery actions where applicable

Shopping360 does not store sensitive payment card or banking information.

16. Risk & Responsibility Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Shopping360 only provides designing and coordination services

Supplier payments are independent transactions

Final product fulfillment is controlled by third-party suppliers
