2. Order Process Questions
Q4. How does the ordering process work?
The process has 4 stages:
ISR collects order details from USA retailer
Order is submitted to Shopping360
Payment is completed (2-step system)
Supplier manufactures and ships product
Q5. Why are there two payments?
Because our system is divided into two services:
Payment 1: Shopping360 (Designing + facilitation service)
Payment 2: Supplier (Production + shipping cost)
This ensures transparency and direct supplier processing.
Q6. When is my order confirmed?
An order is confirmed only when:
Both payments are completed
Supplier payment is verified
Order is accepted into production
3. Payment Questions
Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
Shopping360 Payment → Airwallex ACH Transfer ONLY
Supplier Payment → PayPal ONLY
No other payment methods are accepted.
Q8. Is supplier payment made to Shopping360?
No.
Supplier payments are made directly to the supplier via PayPal.
Shopping360 does not collect or hold supplier funds.

4. Shipping & Delivery Questions

Shipping is handled entirely by suppliers:

They are responsible for production, packaging, and delivery.
Q11. Do you guarantee delivery time?
No.
Delivery times depend on:
Supplier workload
Product type
Shipping location
Courier conditions
Timelines are estimates only.
